Monthly Luncheon Information

Luncheon Prices: Members: $12 with reservation or $15 without reservation*

Guests: $15 (with R.S.V.P.)

R.S.V.P. is due by 5 p.m. the Friday before the monthly meeting *.

R.S.V.P.'s can be called in to our reservation hotline 24 hrs/day: (918) 624-9333

R.S.V.P.'s can be emailed to teridorshorst@aol.com by clicking on her email address above. Include your name, company name, Yes if you will be coming or No if you are a pre-paid member and WILL NOT be coming.

*(Effective immediately, we are having to pay for all reservations made, so prepaid members, please cancel if not able to attend: We automatically make reservations for all prepaid members. No show members & No show guests with RSVP will be billed.)

Join us the third Tuesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for our monthly luncheon at Tarp Chapel and Gardens, located at 1401 W. Washington St. (91st between Elm and Aspen) in Broken Arrow.

 
 

Note:  Bylaw change:

A bylaw change was approved by the membership at the August 18, 2009 monthly meeting.

Article XIII - Donations

Section 1. The Broken Arrow Chapter of the Margaret Hudson Foundation will select a graduate to receive the BABWA College Scholarship Donation.  The scholarship donation will be given directly to the University that the graduate plans on attending and will be applied towards the recipient's tuition and fees.
