Monthly Luncheon Information

Luncheon Prices: Members: $12 with reservation or $15 without reservation*

Guests: $15 (with R.S.V.P.)

R.S.V.P. is due by 5 p.m. the Friday before the monthly meeting *.

*(Effective immediately, we are having to pay for all reservations made, so prepaid members, please cancel if not able to attend: We automatically make reservations for all prepaid members. No show members & No show guests with RSVP will be billed.)

R.S.V.P.'s can be emailed to babwaok@gmail.com. Include your name, company name, Yes if you will be coming or No if you are a pre-paid member and WILL NOT be coming.

Community Service Organizations

Every other year, we supply a list of local organizations to our membership and take a vote to select the main focus of our donation distribution.  The organizations voted on by our membership to support include A New Leaf, Broken Arrow Neighbors, Broken Arrow Seniors and the Margaret Hudson Program.

As fundraising and donations allow, we also make donations to several other community organizations. In addition to financial support, our general membership also volunteers, donates requested items and provides non-monetary support.

Last year, for example, our community food banks were hit hard by a combination of external and internal factors. When the opportunity was given, our members and their companies donated over 50 food baskets to help with the holiday shortfall. These donations were over and above the money given by BABWA.
